Senior Flutter Developer

Increments Inc. is a leading software development company dedicated to creating innovative and scalable solutions. We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to building and modifying Android and iOS applications, providing native support and leveraging the latest Flutter libraries.

Job Description: Are you an experienced Flutter developer with a passion for building high-quality, native mobile applications? Do you excel in using Flutter to create complex animations, handle sockets, complex map applications and implement the latest libraries? If so, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Modify and build Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Object-C) applications to provide native support.
  • Implement custom, complex animations and transitions.
  • Handle complex map applications with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Handle real-time communication through sockets.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Expert in state management libraries such as BLoC & GetX.Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on Flutter.
  • Proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Good understanding of popular libraries, including handling complex animations and transitions.
  • Experience with socket programming and real-time communication and Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
